These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk000 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the tk000 website at tk000.asia and all associated services, games, and features provided thereon. These Terms apply to all users of the platform without exception.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on tk000.asia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account. tk000 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 1

Eligibility Requirements

• You must not be classified as a self-excluded player under any self-exclusion program, whether operated by tk000 or any third-party responsible gaming scheme that tk000 recognises.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Section 2

Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money games and services on tk000, you are required to register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration you will be asked to provide personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials at all times.

tk000 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including a government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method — before any withdrawal is processed, or at any time at the Operator's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

• You must notify tk000 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of your login credentials. tk000 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• tk000 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
• Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their account, whether or not that activity was authorised by the account holder. tk000 is not liable for losses arising from account sharing or failure to secure login details.
• Account information, including name, date of birth, and registered mobile number, cannot be changed after initial verification is completed, except through a formal account amendment request submitted to the support team accompanied by supporting documentation.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

tk000 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed in your account at the time of withdrawal request. All transactions are subject to processing times that may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders. In circumstances where the original payment method is no longer available, the support team must be contacted for guidance prior to submitting a withdrawal request.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and may trigger a compliance investigation.

• tk000 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a KYC or fraud review. Where a withdrawal is withheld, the player will be informed of the reason and the estimated timeframe for resolution.
• Any balance remaining in an account that has been dormant for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee as set out in the Platform's current fee schedule, which is available on request from the support team.

Bonuses and Promotions

tk000 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. • Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk000. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 years of age to access your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game, to manipulate game outcomes, or to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino games and sports betting, to manipulate outcomes or to defraud tk000 or other players.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially criminal purpose, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity, in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent any account restriction or closure applied by tk000.
• Exploiting any software error, technical glitch, or system vulnerability to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit to which you are not legitimately entitled. Any gains arising from such exploitation will be reversed, and the account may be permanently closed.

Intellectual Property

All content on tk000.asia — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and brand marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of tk000 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No content from tk000.asia may be reproduced, redistributed, published, scraped, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of tk000.

The tk000 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of any tk000 trademark — including use in any meta-tag, keyword advertising, domain name, or social media profile — is expressly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Section 7

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk000, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer or device damage — arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any content, game, or service thereon, even if tk000 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall tk000's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Account Suspension and Termination

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, collusion, or any other activity that may be harmful to tk000, its players, or its payment partners.
• A player's voluntary request for account closure or self-exclusion. Where a player requests self-exclusion, tk000 will close the account within a reasonable timeframe and take steps to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

Amendments to These Terms

Non-material updates — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in law — may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of tk000 following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting the support team. Section 11

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Operator's jurisdiction of operation. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the player and tk000 shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules applicable in the Operator's jurisdiction. By using the platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels designated by the Operator for the resolution of any such dispute.
